Team Coaching

Coaching for teams as living systems. Sustained work over time. A space for deepening connection, finding the missing conversation, and developing new insights together. Teams develop how they hold conflict productively. How they make decisions coherently. How they empower others while maintaining trust and alignment.

The work often begins when founding teams are learning to distribute leadership beyond the founders. When leadership teams are navigating significant transitions. We meet regularly. Typically monthly or quarterly. Sessions attend to both immediate challenges and the deeper patterns shaping how the team thinks and works together.

Intensive Retreats

Some work requires stepping away entirely. Leaving the operational environment to create space for a different quality of attention and conversation.

I design and facilitate retreats for teams and senior groups. For teams needing to restore trust, align on direction, navigate stuck conflict, or reconnect to meaning beneath performance pressure. For leadership teams, boards, or senior groups facing strategic decisions or stakeholder complexity.

Retreats typically span one to three days. Often held in natural settings where the nervous system can settle and deeper thinking becomes possible.
