Talks & Workshops
For organisations where something needs to shift
I’m usually invited into organisations when leaders realise something essential is asking to shift. That working harder isn’t the answer. That they need new ways to speak, listen, and lead together.
Over the past two decades I’ve worked inside leadership academies, founding teams, and senior forums. Not to deliver content but to create conditions where leaders can communicate more honestly, navigate power differently, and build cultures where genuine connection becomes possible.
These sessions create space for what hasn’t been said. For what’s been difficult to name. They shift how people think and relate.
“Carissa works with the whole company from executive coaching to supporting a new mentoring culture. Together with her, we have unlocked incredible value and energy.”
In-house Workshops
Designed around your specific context: leadership communication, building trust at scale, or leading in an age where connection determines what’s possible in complex organisations.
These sessions often become the beginning of longer relationships. Leaders experience the work in a concentrated way. Then they recognise that what has opened in the room needs tending over time - through coaching partnerships, small-group work, or retreats that allow the shift to deepen rather than fade.
“You model what you teach which is a great way to learn.”
Keynote Speaking
I’m usually invited into rooms where something has become hard to name.
My talks help leaders find language for experiences they’re already living but haven’t yet been able to articulate together. When the right language arrives, something shifts. People begin to think differently. New conversations become possible.
What changes first is rarely what people know. It’s what they can finally speak—and therefore what they can begin to do differently.
Signature Topics:
-
The truth I’ve learned: we are our practices, not our intentions. This talk explores how to find the practices that actually sustain you—the ones that keep you connected to yourself when pressure intensifies. Not borrowed routines. Your practices.
-
How to bring a systems lens and relational approach to building genuine connection in organisations. Understanding how trust spreads, how engagement emerges, how small shifts in how leaders show up ripple across entire systems.
Notes on keynotes and workshops
Keynotes typically run 30–60 minutes.
Interactive workshops (90 minutes to half-day) available for deeper engagement.
Each is tailored to your organisation’s context and challenges.
If this resonates with where your organisation is, we begin with a conversation.
