Conversations are the key to better business. I work with senior teams and groups to talk about the future. In an environment removed from the daily agenda, built to evoke a higher quality of awareness, creativity and critical thinking.

Often these are hard conversations, the ones that rarely happen in the normal run of things. They ask for a level of vulnerability and honest communication that easily falls away when the day-to-day takes over.

How it works…

It starts with deep listening. Before anyone enters the room, I meet individually with the people involved. To hear what's really live for them, what they want the event to achieve, and where the real appetite for change sits. I come back to you with a suggested agenda, shaped by what I've heard.

Together, we choose where this happens. The right location matters as much as the right agenda, somewhere that makes deep listening possible. And when it fits, walking trails that offer both safety and inspiration.

After the event, we meet to follow up on actions and review what's been put in place to embed the change.
