My work is underpinned by adult development theory, relationship systems intelligence, neuroscience and the art and science of story. Known as the coach’s coach, I’ve been on the faculty of two coaching schools and two corporate academies. I’ve an MSc in Psychoanalytical Developmental Psychology and am steeped in assessments from Hogan to the Leadership Circle Profile. I have led a global network of coaches and gifted facilitators. As co-host of The Team Coaching Zone podcast, we aim to harness the collective wisdom of coaching experts and corporate leaders around the world.
