It is imperative to speak with a united voice, yet conflict in the c-suite between two or more directors can cause massive confusion and miscommunication within an organisation. It’s especially common in JV partners or two founders, where you can’t ‘divorce’ and must co-lead or risk eroding the value of the business.The key lies in helping individuals to really listen to the other and understand themselves as part of a bigger relationship system that has its own needs and wants.

My role is to hold a mirror up to these leaders; to help them see not only themselves, but the leadership system itself, the 3rd Entity.  If we can help them hear the Voice of the System, they will have an additional layer of powerful wisdom within which to make collective leadership decisions. This is what lastingly shifts the needle from conflict to deep alignment, from being “stuck” to cohesive action.
